Offset Printing Press Operator

Seeking a skilled and experienced Offset Printing Pressman to join our team in Kansas City, MO! You'll be responsible for operating and maintaining printing presses, ensuring high-quality output, and contributing to a fast-paced printing environment.

Here's what you'll be doing: Operating and Maintaining Printing Presses: Set up, adjust, and operate various types of printing presses

Quality Control: Monitor print quality, make necessary adjustments, and ensure consistent results throughout the printing process.

Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues that arise during printing and implement solutions to maintain production flow.

Following Instructions: Adhere to job orders and specifications to ensure accurate and timely completion of printing projects.

Maintaining Equipment: Perform routine maintenance on printing presses to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

What we're looking for:

Experience: Proven experience operating and maintaining printing presses, preferably with a focus on offset printing.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of printing processes, color theory, and printing equipment.

Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and correct printing issues, ensuring high-quality output.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during printing.

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with other team members to meet production goals.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift/move materials as needed.
