Dental Assistant - Chairside

We are seeking a dependable and friendly Dental Assistant. Must be comfortable working with children of all ages. Please apply if you have experience

Job responsibilities include:

4 Handed Dentistry (nitrous, restorative, xrays, chairside with Doctor)

Nitrous Certification is a PLUS.

Assist Doctor with fillings, extractions, tooth isolation, Nitrous Oxide Sedation,

Communicating post treatment care with parent

Dental Charting

Taking X-Rays (Interoral and Pano)

Sterilization

Prophy

Other housekeeping duties

Hospital dentistry (ability to become hospital privileged)

Pay is commensurate with Experience.

Education: High School or Equivalent Required and at least 1 year experience as a dental assistant is desired.

Kansas City Pediatric Dentistry is a provider of excellent oral health care for kids and children of the Metro area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Dental assisting: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)
