We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse like you to be a part of our team.The Life of an HCA NurseHematology/Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) is an acute care unit where you will deliver phenomenal care for adult hematologic-oncology, autologous and allogeneic blood and marrow transplantation patients, and patients receiving CAR T-cell therapy.About this unit:We take care of complex oncology and hematology patients in a supportive environment that fosters teamwork

Patient Population is often recurring, which in turn we build relationships with them and their families

Specialty educators (Oncology and BMT) to help grow the staff and to ensure their success

Responsibilities:Under the general direction of the Director, Manager or Nurse Manager, coordinates and provides patient care and assumes individual responsibility and accountability for the provision of nursing care.

Nursing care is provided in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, applicable state Nursing Practice Acts, ANA Standards of Practice and the generic and unit structure standards.

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing

Current Missouri or Multistate RN license required.

BLS certification required at hire and maintained.

ACLS required within 6 months.

Previous BMT experience highly preferred.
