Partner and provide guidance to executive stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Finance, Payroll, HR, transfer agent and stock administration service providers) to ensure accuracy with recurrent, ad-hoc equity reports, high level summary analysis, as well as evaluate and resolve complex and/or higher risk equity plan and shareholder related matters.

Continuously develop processes for streamlining and efficiency improvements with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual administration and reporting of global stock plan transactions as well as evaluating and interpreting tax regulations with respect to employees transferring between/within domestic and/or international locations.

Identify financial and business risks, partner with stakeholders to reduce corporate liability as well as ensure accuracy of equity grants (options RSUs), RSU releases, ESPP enrollment and purchases based on knowledge of securities and tax regulations in all countries that equity programs are offered.

Communicate complex plan provisions. Resolve complex employee issues, problems or concerns quickly and effectively

Provide guidance and instruction to Payroll on tax calculations and limiting of deductions for ESPP (IRC 423), local tax collections, and other equity related items

Lead internal and external auditors with the Finance team for quarterly reviews, year-end audits, and governmental audits (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley, tax authority) of procedures and controls as needed

What you’ll need (required)

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related fields and 5 years of previous experience in stock administration

What else we look for (preferred)

Extensive knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and requirements as it relates to global equity

Prior experience working for a global organization with exposure to various regions across the world

CEP certification

Understanding of and experience with securities, compliance, tax, accounting, and general as it relates to equity

Substantial negotiation and conflict resolution skills with strong leadership skills and ability to influence change

Ability to assess risks, analyze situations and determine next course of action

Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion

Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems and identifies opportunities for process improvement

Contributes to the completion of significant organizational projects and goals

Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams, assigned client group(s), and key contacts representing the organization on contracts or projects

Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships

Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations

Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and related data management tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills including consultative and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives

Proven success adhering to and leading project schedules and managing projects

Good presentation and facilitation skills
