Missouri, Helena, 64459 Helena USABecome a part of our caring community and help us put health firstHumana's Corporate Communications organization is seeking a Senior Corporate Communications Professional, Enterprise Social Media, to join the Content and Channels Team. This team develops compelling content for digital and owned communications channels across multiple key audiences. This content is directly tied to company strategy and business priorities, often bringing human care to life and illustrating the actions we take to put health first. This is a nationwide remote role that will primarily operate on Central and Eastern Standard Time.As the Senior Corporate Communications Professional, you will develop and coordinate lines of communication outside the organization and execute communications initiatives that support the company strategy and business priorities. You will develop compelling content and communications programs that drive action and engagement, demonstrating exceptional writing, editing and multimedia creation for digital and owned communications channels. Additionally, you will serve as a strategic consultant and work with the Corporate Communications team and key business partners to craft and implement high-impact communications.Key Role Functions
Supports the development of enterprise social media and owned channel strategy and content
Handles the content approval process and publishing of enterprise social media content
Plans and writes content for employee advocacy program on social media, and works with internal communications teammates to promote program
Works closely with Digital Editor to maintain social media and owned channel editorial calendar, and supports quarterly enterprise social media via topic and messaging research
Handles all requests for supportive social media posts with assistance of Digital Editor
Maintains video channels, including video upload process
Co-owns Content and Channel Team content approval processes
Coordinates with social media peers across Humana
Contributes to high-level, departmental editorial calendar and uses existing tools to keep teammates informed on content development
Uses data and analytics to guide communications plans and strategies, identifying and deploying the tactics that make the biggest impact
Act as a steward for Humana's brand and uphold it in communications products and tactics
Connect with cross-functional business partners to build and maintain a communications strategy and curate content that is meaningful to key audiences and initiatives
Work with Corporate Communications leadership and other communications to improve communications effectiveness, measurement and process

Bachelor's degree or higher in communications, public relations or related field
5+ years of social media communications or public relations experience with proven expertise in developing communications strategies that drive results
Expertise in writing and developing content for social media channels that may require independent research and a high level of inter-team coordination
Advanced skills using O365 suite, including Teams and SharePoint, as well as Adobe Express and Sprinklr or other social media publishing tools
Ability to manage communications campaigns, ranging in size and scope, from concept to delivery
Passion for emerging technology and enthusiasm for engaging, interactive communications
Adept at data and analytics to drive content and channel decisions
Exceptional written communications skills and deep experience as a content creator
Foster an open, inclusive and diverse community at Humana
Must be able to primarily operate on Central or Eastern Standard Time business hours
