Find your future with us.Boeing Defense and Space (BDS) is looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Integrator supporting the MQ-25 program located in Hazelwood, MO .The MQ-25 program is breaking aviation barriers and heavily relies on the expertise of our finance team. We are looking for an experienced finance analyst that will work closely with our Control Account Managers (CAMs), Schedulers, and program LT utilizing the Earned Value Management (EVM) framework. This candidate will also be heavily involved in our quarterly Estimates at Completion (EAC) process.Position Responsibilities:

Leads analysis of resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts; supports development of Financial EACs

Leads integration of variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management

Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends

Coordinates and interfaces with Finance Shared Services, Supply Chain Management, Engineering and other functional organizations to support and analyze the cost and schedule data

Makes recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience

Provides subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, determine root cause and recommend solutions

Trains and develops teammates in Earned Value Management best practices

Drives process improvements and implementation of new Enterprise processes & templates

Leads development of business cases

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) :

Bachelor’s degree

3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

5+ years of experience in Finance or related technical business field

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience developing Financial EACs

Proficient with the Microsoft Excel application, including formulas, Vlookups, pivot tables, charts, filters

Typical Education & Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
