Process Engineer

Broad Function and Purpose of Position: To ensure Twin Screw production efficiency through process design and development, and direct production support.Specific Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Interact with the Quality and Tooling groups to resolve defects and mold issues.Develop, coordinate, and implement projects to improve efficiency and decrease scrap.Develop, design, and setup, processes, systems, workstations, and automation equipment.Troubleshoot, processes and system issues.  Train lead people, setup people, and supervisors on systems.Interact with the Maintenance and Engineering groups to help troubleshoot, systems, develop preventive maintenance programs, and develop spare parts identification and systems.Develop work instructions for injection molding processes and systems and conduct training as appropriate.Monitor and audit injection molding systems for any non-conformances with the process.Lead Production Floor Team/Assign Responsibilities/Track Performance.
