VIDEO TELLER SUPERVISOR
Missouri, Billings, 65610 Billings USAPosition General Responsibilities:This position is responsible for the basic oversight of the ITM Team. Oversee ITM staff and their respective functions. Will perform ITM functions in addition to administration functions as needed. Also responsible for assisting with creating and administering training, as well as growth and development of ITM Team.This position will work closely with the Video Teller Manager to develop and implement the ITM Team.This position requires weekend hours. Employees Supervised:Video TellersEducation, Experience and Certification RequirementsNote: Only minimum responsibilities are listed. Other responsibilities may be required as requested by management.Basic Qualifications:Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.2-3 years experience as a teller. High school diploma or equivalency. Proficient in Ten-key skills and computer experience.Experience with and willingness to use bank systems.Strong multi-tasking ability.Comfortable on camera.Preferred Qualifications:Previous teller/CSR supervisory experience.Previous experience with Flex Teller program.Dimension of Job:Establish clear performance objectives of employees and provide feedback to staff on performance progress or issues. Provide support and resources to help employees grow and improve in current positions. Effectively administer/train employees to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in their positions. Possess a clear understanding of banking operations, guidelines, and products. Train staff in new procedures/regulations as needed.Position Specific Responsibilities, Duties and Competencies
Video Teller Supervisory Functions:
Provide support and resources for employees to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in their positions.Promote employee relations that encourage two-way communication between management and employees.Establish clear performance expectations.Ensure that customer service and quality standards are consistently maintained. Including camera ready appearance and attire of ITM Team.Work with Manager to schedule staff and work assignment of duties.Assist with performance reviews for ITM staff, including ongoing training and supervision.Assist with interview/hiring/performance review of ITM staff.Other duties as assigned.
Video Teller Functions:
Perform basic paying and receiving functions including cashing checks, handling deposits, savings withdrawals, etc.Understands as ITM volume grows, role of Video Teller and Video Teller Supervisor may change.
Security/Cash Control:
Security: Possess a complete working knowledge of loss prevention and security policies and procedures. Adhere to dual control procedures as defined by management.Assist with daily balancing of assigned of ITM work as defined by policy.
Sales/Public Relations:
Promote the improvement of Stockman Bank through quality customer service, promotion of products, professionalism in conduct and diligent work ethic.Ensure team greets all customers pleasantly and make them feel welcome and comfortable.Ensure team handles transactions quickly and professionally.Effectively handle customer questions and problems and escalations as needed.Ensure team uses effective listening and observing skills to help identify and resolve customer needs.
Ensure that team members function in proper office setting with proper attire for video component of job.
Ensure team spots sales opportunities and refer business consistently, cross-sell other bank services whenever the opportunity arises.Keep up to date on pricing and products.Relay customer comments and or complaints to the Central Customer Service Manager immediately.For full description, which includes physical mental demands please see attachment.
