Hospice Social Worker

3, 8 hour shifts per week

Fully benefitted with hospital contributions

Admissions, crisis, Inpatient Hospice and bereavement support

Thursday-Saturday schedule

Qualifications

Education: Masters degree.

Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Idaho
