Second language Spanish highly desired.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE:
Sets up and enters new orders into operating system.
Enters new orders into the operating system upon requesting the appropriate information and analyzing the responses.
Makes outbound calls to claimant and/or client to obtain new claim details and receives inbound calls.
Uses multiple platforms to look for adjusters to assign claims.
Ensure all parties have the required information in order to successfully manage a claim.
Performs other duties as assigned.

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $14.50-$17.50 .
