Our precision recruiting process aligns the right fit for the right people.We are currently in search of a qualified Support Technician who can apply their acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks pertaining to Apple or PC hardware, software and Apple / Microsoft operating systems. Must Haves / Knowledge of:

  • MS operating system software
  • MS Office applications
  • Desktop hardware and peripherals
  • Desktop imaging tools
  • Desktop network configuration
  • Desktop software installation and configuration
  • Executive support
  • Smart Hands activity: Physical device count survey, basic patching, LED verification, crash cart assistance (console recorder/reporter), power cycling (reboot of equipment), replace media (i.e. USB thumb drive, DVD)
Qualifications:
  • 2 - 3 years
  • Technical college degree or comparable, subject area: computer science
  • A+ Certification; Baseline OEM Certifications which include any of the following, depending on assignment: Dell Desktop / Laptop, Client Desktop / Laptop / Printer, Lenovo Desktop / Laptop, Lexmark Printer, IBM Printer, Server +
