Customer Service Representative/Dispatch Support

At MAP Transportation, we strive to provide the best service in the industry with strong customer service and retention goals. We are looking for an Independent Contract Driver with a good knowledge of the Saint Cloud area and great customer service skills to take advantage of one of the profitable routes we have to offer! Previous courier experience is preferred.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

On-Time Delivery

Effective communication

Experience is preferred

SCHEDULE:

Monday – Friday

Part-Time 3:30 pm – 7:30 pm

PHARMACEUTICAL ROUTE:

Average 23 stops/day

Route is in Saint Cloud

Deliveries are within 3 miles from pick up location.

COMPENSATION: Average $175/day

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-Time, Independent Contractor, Owner Operated

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

Bloodborne Pathogen

HIPAA

REQUIREMENTS:

Vehicle should be 2010 or newer in good mechanical/physical condition.

Must have excellent command of spoken and written English.

Current state issued driver’s license.

Must have a reasonably clean driving record.

NO DUI or reckless driving within the last 3 years.

Must be able to pass background check and drug test.

Must have commercial insurance that meets our requirements.

Must be incorporated as a Minnesota LLC or S-Corp.
