Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Part Time HR/Payroll Admin in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This position functions within the industry of HR/Payroll management, and the successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in Auditing, Benefit Functions, Automated Payroll, and Payroll management. This part time position will work about 20 hours/week.Responsibilities: Conduct regular auditing of payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage and oversee benefit functions within the organization. Utilize automated payroll systems for efficient processing of payroll activities. Handle payroll management for a workforce ranging from 101 to 500 employees. Resolve any payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries about payroll. Administer and maintain accurate records of employee payroll and benefits. Collaborate with HR team to manage employee data and ensure it is up-to-date. Oversee the communication of payroll updates and procedures to employees. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage and hour laws, and best practices.
