Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) Physician in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Board certification in Integrative Medicine preferred within two years of employment

Qualification/SkillsExperienceMinimum two years experience preferred practicing medicine in a clinical setting

SkillsExcellent communication skills – verbal and written. Highly organized, self-directed and motivated. Creative and innovative problem solver

Licensure/CertificationsBoard Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) Physician in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
