Facility Technician

Description:We are currently seeking a Facility Technician. This position relies on the technician's technical and lean expertise to execute daily tasks and project plans with efficiency, quality, safety, and ultimately meeting the customer expectation. "Fix it right the first time" attitude, using lean tools, and excellent customer service.Ladder work ( ex. Roof patching, painting, Sub Gutter Cleaning, light bulb replacement)

Chemical mixing and application ( ex. cooler disinfection, exolite washing)

Plumbing (toilet repair, PVC repairs, pump priming, steam line repairs)

Electrical (ex. irrigation valve cleaning and repair, light bulb replacement)

On site moving of wood, soil, rock, sand, or materials, dock leveler cleaning, driveway sweeping, pot hole repair, snow plowing, wood grinding)

Landscaping (ex. retaining wall/ paver work, pruning, planting trees and shrubs, mowing, weed spraying)

Use of powered cutting tools (ex. cutting wood, steel, aluminum, exolite)

Use of powered drilling and stapling tools (ex. installation of operational equipment such as bulletin boards, whiteboards, tool racks, irrigation gutter repair)

Lubrication (ex. bearings and fittings of planting lines, stem PRO cutters, and other equipment)

Filter replacement (ex. air compressors)

Fluid check and fills (ex. forklifts, bobcats)
