Accounts Payable Analyst - Hybrid

Description We are currently searching for a dedicated, meticulous, and well-organized Contract Accounts Payable Specialist for a hybrid position. The chosen candidate will mainly be using the SAP software for the majority of the tasks and responsibilities. This position involves both on-site work at their office and remote work, providing flexibility and a balanced work-life arrangement. This is a contract position with the possibility for extension. Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payment requests.

Maintain and reconcile vendor statements, resolve relevant discrepancies and issues.

Accurately process transactions in the SAP system.

Manage filing and administrative duties associated with Accounts Payable.

Prepare and submit expense reports.

Maintain and update the vendor database on a regular basis.

Collaborate effectively with other departments to reconcile invoice disputes.

Assist in month-end closing and annual audits.

Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role.

Proficiency in SAP or similar accounting software.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, data entry, and bookkeeping.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.

Outstanding attention to detail and analytical ability.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
