Contractor/Owner-Operated Delivery Driver

At MAP Transportation, we strive to provide the best service in the industry with strong customer service and retention goals. We are looking for an Independent Contract Driver with a good knowledge of the Northern Metro Area and great customer service skills to take advantage of one of the profitable routes we have to offer! Previous courier experience is preferred.

ROUTED DRIVER NEEDED for route starting & ending in Inver Grove Heights

Driver will be required to handle pickups and deliveries of auto parts.

Employment Type: Independent Contractor, Owner Operated (Form 1099)

Required Vehicle: Cargo Van or Sprinter

Average Compensation: $300/day

Avg. Miles: 260 per day

Schedule: M – F, start 8:00am Route starts and ends in Inver Grove Heights

Route/Location: Inver Grove Heights to White Bear Lake to Blaine to Rogers to Lakeville to Farmington back to Inver Grove Heights x 2

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 1-year commercial driving experience.

Vehicle needs to be 2010 or newer and in good mechanical/physical condition.

Must have excellent command of spoken and written English.

Must own and operate smartphone.

Must have a valid Minnesota driver's license.

Must have a reasonably clean driving record.

NO DUI or reckless driving within the last 3 years.

Must be able to pass background check and drug test.

Ability to lift 75+ lbs unassisted.

Must have commercial insurance that meets our requirements.

Must be incorporated as a Minnesota LLC or S-Corp.
