Starting Pay: $22.31 - $24.75, depending on experience

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday

90 days training in office with option of hybrid after training

The Project Coordinator 3 plays a crucial role in supporting Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) and expediting tasks. This position involves effectively leading short-term projects and assisting with training initiatives.

The Job

The Project Coordinator 3 is responsible for effectively leading short-term projects and assisting with training initiatives, while demonstrating how to process complex situations calmly and professionally.

Engage with customers and vendors via phone and email

Lead and complete short-term projects

Resolve complex customer and quoting issues

Assist with training and ensure SOP compliance

Support and lead change initiatives

Communicate with internal teams

Provide rate quotes and manage shipment requests

Cross-train for LTL and Expedited shipments

Handle tradeshow and complex shipments

Requirements

1 year in transportation

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and multitasking abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
