Woodland Painting is seeking a reliable, experienced Lead Painter to join our team full-time. This position will run an exterior crew in the summer and an interior crew in the winter, ensuring steady, year-round work.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a lead painter for both interior and exterior projects

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a crew

Organized, neat, clean, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals

Must have a reliable vehicle

No tools or equipment required—we provide everything you need

What We Offer

Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
