Trim/Finish Carpenter-FOUR DAY WEEKS-FRIDAYS OFF

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, demonstrating the ability to lead projects from start to finish. This role requires a hands-on approach, as well as the ability to manage and mentor other carpenters on the job site. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.

We are a well established and highly regarded carpentry contractor servicing builders and remodeling contractors across the Metro for over 50 years.

This job requires you have have solid experience doing custom stair railings, mitered skirts, risers and treads. Installing custom kitchen cabinets, as well as the the usual crown molding, pocket doors, chair rails, etc.

The job starts at $25-$35 DOQ

We work year-round, offer great pay, health, dental, vision, life , STD, LTD, PTO, paid holidays, direct deposit, hiring and referral bonuses, and more. We usually work four ten-hour days to get three day weekends.

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and because we are in peoples' houses you will have to pass an extensive background check. You must also pass a drug test, strength test and physical.
