Maintenance Tech

We are looking for a full-time apartment maintenance technician to work Monday - Friday (8am - 4:30pm - 1/2 hr for lunch). No On-Call required

Primary duties include:

Completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.

Complete vacant apartment turns, preventative maintenance.

Shoveling as needed in the winter (we all do this together!)

Maintenance Technicians Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle is required to drive between work sites.

Must pass Kari Koskinen Manager Background Check after acceptance of job offer.

General plumbing, carpentry skills, electrical skills and appliance troubleshooting.

Boilers license isn't a must but is a plus.

Must provide basic tool set.

Safely operate power and hand tools.

Able to meet physical requirements

Strong customer skills.

Maintain a professional presence while on company time.

Ability to work independently or in group setting.

Attention to detail.

Willing to ask questions and a positive attitude.

Asking for more than 2 years experience in building maintenance.

Good references.
