Maintenance Technician needed for 3 apartment complexes in the Lindstrom/Chisago City area. The apartments are family owned. Full time employment. Job responsibilities include turning over apartments, painting, repairs, cleaning, and general maintenance of the properties. Applicant will be working with the owner. Must have a reliable vehicle. Applicant must be reliable, honest, and trustworthy.
