New construction basement framing

We are currently looking for a couple people that could handle regular basement framing of new construction homes.

Basic framing. These are usually 750-1500sf basements. Usually 2 bedroom/bathroom/large family room. No soffit framing. All new construction.

Must be able to complete framing in 1 day. Usually, 2 guys can do it in 1/2 day.

Looking for people to subcontract out to or by an employee hourly rate.

We usually have 2-4 basements ready to frame per week.

These homes are in North Metro from Forest Lake to St. Michael areas.
