Calling all woodworking enthusiasts! Urban Wing Co. LLC is searching for a motivated Shop Assistant to join our team in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.

This temporary position (3-4 months) offers the potential to become permanent based on business growth.

About Urban Wing Co. LLC:

We specialize in crafting high-quality saunas and other beautiful wood products. In this role, you'll play a key part in the production process, assisting with the creation of 2-4 different finished products, using repeatable processes, from start to finish.

What We're Looking For:

Experience with tools: While we don't require expert craftsmanship, a foundation using woodworking tools is a must.

Enthusiasm for learning: We're eager to find someone who enjoys working with their hands and is eager to develop new skills.

Teamwork: You'll be collaborating with a fantastic team in a positive and supportive environment.

What to Expect:

Initial hours: 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility in start and finish times after training is complete. Hours may increase as you gain experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, between noon and 4 pm.
