Account Executive (Video Production & Workshops)

Compensation: Base + Commission
I am looking for a dedicated Account Executive to own sales, client relationships, and workshop enrollment.
Role Overview
The role is structured to where you would be responsible for the full sales cycle. You will be responsible for generating, managing, and closing opportunities across:
Premium video production projects (brand, narrative, documentary-style)
Photography workshops and educational experiences
You will work directly with the founder and have meaningful autonomy in how the pipeline is managed and grown.
Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities
Manage Lead Generation Automation SAAS
Qualify leads and guide prospects through the full sales cycle
Close video production projects and workshop enrollments
Conduct discovery calls and pricing conversations
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Workshop Growth
Actively market and fill photography workshops
Manage waitlists and participant follow-ups
Coordinate launch timelines, pricing tiers, and capacity
Identify partnerships with photography communities, clubs, and influencers
Pipeline & CRM Management
Own the sales pipeline end-to-end
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Provide clear weekly reporting on pipeline status and closed deals
Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle sales experience
Experience selling services, creative work, or high-value intangible offerings
Comfortable with base + commission compensation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and highly organized
Comfortable working remotely
Bonus: experience in creative agencies, media production, education, or workshops
Compensation
Base salary: $3,200–$3,500 per month
Commission:
o 10-15% of gross revenue on video projects
o 10-15% of gross revenue on workshops
o Bonus incentives based on monthly sales
