Assistant Manager - Call Center

We are the in-house telemarketing department of the premier exterior remodeling company in MN. All work/hours take place at our Bloomington, MN location. No remote hours available. We require a consistent daily effort 6 days each week.

Job responsibilities:

-Lead by example, learn our script and way of appointment setting.

-Be the best in the room!

-Support manager by "closing up" and augmenting their schedule.

-Tracking statistics and analysis of staff activities.

Job qualifications:

-Successful candidate who dominates cold calling.

-Natural Leader and brings joy to their co-workers with a great work attitude.

Compensation: $40,000-$90,000 with commissions

40+ hours per week
