Caruso Snow Group is hiring experienced Snow Removal Loader Operators for our MSP Airport winter team! If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and ready for steady winter work during snow events, we want to hear from you.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

Unrestricted driver’s license

Driver’s license must show your current physical home address

Able to pass MSP Airport background check & fingerprinting

Experience operating front-end loaders

Reliable transportation to MSP Airport

Available for snow event call-outs (days, nights, weekends)

Competitive Pay $30-$40 per hour based on experience

Paid Training for Airport Procedure (AOA/SIDA)
