General Laborer

We are seeking motivated and hardworking General Construction Laborers to join our team. This role involves performing various tasks on construction sites, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. This is happening across the Minneapolis Metro Area. This is a night shift job with Monday-Saturday. We have an immediate need so apply ASAP.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites

Load and unload materials and tools

Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople

Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Comply with all safety regulations and protocols

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or labor work preferred, but not required

Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)

Strong work ethic and reliability

Basic understanding of construction safety practices

Willingness to learn and take direction
