Handyman for Rental Properties- Project /Turnover/ On - call

Handyman, that can do a variety of projects on rental properties (I have 5 multifamily homes, 4 in Minneapolis, 1 in Lindstrom)

Next up: 4plex that has a lot of work (incld. electrical, cabinets, painting, drywall)

Looking for honesty, trustworthiness, integrity, and hardworking. Good at communicating issues/taking digital photos. Clocking in and out

Hourly- $20-$35/hr depending on skill. Also can do bid type for bigger projects

I have a group of people, who I would also introduce you to in similar situations and like to form community like relationships/team mentality

Three Modes: Busy Season= Summer; but then project modes and on call mode

My philosophy is to make the homes how I would like to live in them, been doing this for 10+ yrs. And to sometimes create community/neighborliness in the houses via Intentional Communities. The house in the photos is Dreamland 2 Co-Living
