Job description

You'll be removing parts from salvaged vehicles and paid hourly to do

so. We also pay commission on top of the guaranteed hourly wage. We do

track how many parts you pull and give them a value. We add up the total

value of parts pulled, you receive a commission check for anything over

your normal hourly wage, on top of your hourly wage. You’ll be working

inside out of the weather and on your own hoist. We’re not the old

fashion salvage yard. We’re processing newer vehicles not those rusted

out 1990 and older vehicles so removing parts is a lot easier than the

you pull yard’s removals

Job Requirements Have a basic understanding of the function of each part

of a vehicle. Have experience using hand tools and air tools. Able to

work independently and good at working with others. Dismantle vehicles

within the suggested time constraints in a safety conscious manner.

Inspect, remove, label and tag parts to be placed into stock. Test

mechanical components and check the quality of the parts. Must own and

maintain all the tools necessary. We will supply a list of tools needed

to begin but as you grow your tools so will your pay grow. We also

supply some industry needed tools like the hoist, air compressor,

forklifts and shears.

Just Need some Tools, If you are short on tools we are willing to help

you by purchasing the tools for you and allowing you to make payments on

them until they’re paid off!

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Compensation:

Salary: $17.00 plus weekly commission on top of hourly wage

60/40 Medical insurance. The company pays 60%
