Sleep Staff In Group Home at Alongside Services

Alongside Services in Watertown, MN is looking for an overnight sleep staff for one of it's group homes.We offer and encourage advancement in the company(if desired).-Assist in caring for 3 individuals in a group home as an overnight sleep staff by being there for the individuals in the morning to help with the start of the day. Encourage growth and development by being a positive mentor. Hours are typically 10:30pm-8:30am or 8:30pm- 8:30am-Use your interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to individuals needs.-Show your patient caring attitude as a caregiver.-Schedules can be formulated based on applicant's availability-Paid time off available
