As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate Remote Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join us in our mission to deliver outstanding patient care.

The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as a Remote Dental Patient Care Coordinator. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operation of the patient care process, from the first point of contact to the completion of their dental journey with us. You will be the voice and the first impression of our practice, responsible for providing a seamless and positive experience for both new and existing patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing information, and responding to inquiries.

Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed, while optimizing the appointment calendar.

Making outbound calls to potential new patients, introducing them to our practice, services, and the value we offer.

Qualifying new patients by gathering necessary information and assessing their needs and compatibility with our practice.

Managing patient records and ensuring accurate documentation of phone conversations, appointments, and patient interactions.

Collaborating with the dental team to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

Providing administrative support as needed, including but not limited to, verifying insurance benefits and processing patient paperwork.

Requirements:

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the dental or healthcare sector.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

A positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.

Proficiency in using computers, including dental practice management software.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in dental office administration is a plus.
