FoodSmith Bistro Pub is relaunching lunch service and looking for a solid, reliable cook to run our lunch line.

This is a solo cook role, but with full support from expo, server, and runner.

If you like working clean, staying organized, and running your own station, this is the place.

ABOUT THE JOB:

$21/hr - Daytime only: Tue–Sat / 9am–2pm

You run the lunch line (smash burgers, schnitzel, bowls, sandwiches)

Simple, fast menu designed for 1 cook

Clean, organized kitchen

WHAT WE NEED:

Reliable, clean, organized cook

Can handle grill + fryer

Can run a station solo

Communicates clearly with expo

Shows up on time

Follows portion standards

Works well with a small, supportive team

IDEAL EXPERIENCE:

2–5 years line cook experience

Lunch service background

Comfortable on grill & fryer

Smash burger or schnitzel experience a plus
