Looking for a mature, experienced, reliable cook for our small, homestyle Italian restaurant.

4:00 to 8:00 or 9:00, Wednesday thru Saturday.

Carry on our tradition of nurturing, homestyle Italian food.

We need a mature individual with a positive attitude, 5+ years experience in Italian food, and a work ethic.

Quality meal appearance and production, w. ability to follow traditional family recipes, control waste and do inventory.

Team player who can follow direction. Literate.

No drinker/no drug users.

Prep, cleaning, linesalad/fry/grill.

Looking for a professional for Long Term PT employment.
