Join Our Team as a Front-of-House Cashier – Where Great Service Meets Great Food!

At Saturday Dumpling Co, we’re all about creating a fun, fast-paced atmosphere where great food and great people come together. As our Front-of-House Cashier, you’ll be the friendly face our guests see first, delivering top-notch service with a smile.

Your day will be a mix of exciting tasks: welcoming guests with enthusiasm, helping them navigate our delicious menu, guiding them through the self-ordering process, and making sure every order is just right. You’ll also ring up orders, pack up frozen dumplings and retail merch with care, and send them off with a wave!

Collaboration is key in this role! You’ll work closely with our Food Runners and Kitchen Expo to keep the flow of orders smooth and seamless. With your excellent communication skills, you’ll make sure that every customer has an awesome experience from start to finish.

Qualifications:

-Happy, Courteous and Enthusiastic

-Hard working and attentive

-Restaurant industry experience preferred, but not required

-Basic knowledge of basic food safety and health regulations

-Customer-centric

-Ability to work in a high-demand and fast-paced work environment

-Must be able to stand, walk and exert well-paced activity for long periods of time
