We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic leader to take the helm and re-open Muffin Top Café as the vibrant and welcoming coffee shop it should be in the heart of Loring Park. We are passionate about providing our customers with the highest quality coffee and pastries, and we are excited to be reopening our doors soon!

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coffee Shop Manager and Lead Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the general operations of the coffee shop, including:

Opening and closing the shop

Managing inventory and ordering supplies

Hiring, training, and scheduling staff

Providing excellent customer service

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

In addition to your managerial responsibilities, you will also be expected to work as a Barista 5 days a week, Tuesday-Saturday. This will include:

Preparing and serving coffee drinks

Operating the espresso machine

Providing excellent customer service

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in the coffee industry, with at least 1 year in a leadership role

Excellent customer service skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

This is a full-time tipped position with a competitive wage and benefits package.
