Overview of Position:

Working in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager, the Restaurant Staff works in the day to day operations with our fellowship team. This includes helping with the food truck reservation system, ensuring compliance with the operating manual, training new fellows, helping with the weekly schedule, and ensuring the consistent execution of restaurant functions.

Specific Responsibilities:

-Working in each specific station, with culinary technique, plating, and execution as well as customer engagement;

-BE ON TIME

-Be able to work different hours of the day.

-Support the shift lead and fellows in preparing and setting up for daily guest services

-Adhere to the local health and safety codes, as well as All Square’s internal safety and sanitation policies;

-Ensure a safe working environment by modeling safe work behaviors amongst the team;

-Maintain timely and accurate service and positive guest relations, ensuring our products are consistent with our internal quality control standards.

-Adhere to health department standards.

Restaurant experience preferred but not required

The only requirement is a strong work ethic, punctuality and a desire to learn.

Preference is given to individuals that have been impacted by the IN-justice system

Compensation: $19.40/hr, plus tips/Weekly Hr Avg: $22-$24Hr

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
