Kitchen Staff/Prep Cook - Full Time/Part Time Brooklyn Park, MN

MT Noodles is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant located in Brooklyn Park, MN. We’re looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic kitchen staff to join our team! Full time or part time opportunities available - we prefer some previous experience in the kitchen. Hours required Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 11am - 10pm.

We are looking for someone long term. We’re willing to teach and train a good candidate.

Job Expectations:

- Experience with working and cooking in a kitchen

- Must be able to follow recipes and directions

- Team player, able and willing to work in a collaborative restaurant and help other staff when they need it

- Physical stamina to work 8-10 hour shifts

- Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations

- Sweeping and mopping floors, as required.

- Washing, chopping, shredding, prepping, ingredients or cutting meat when needed

- Clean up/close down kitchen (no later than 10pm every day)

Must be able to work with others well, ability to stand for extended periods and able to work high volume on the weekends.
