What You’ll Do:Provide Hands-On Care: Assist up to 4 individuals with daily activities like personal care, meal prep, and transportation, all while fostering independence.Provide Health Care: Utilize your skills to monitor overall health, transfers and assistance with developing, implementing and evaluating individual medical care and programming. Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment: Maintain a clean, safe space that ensures comfort and support while helping individuals reach their personal goals.Mentor & Guide: Provide supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance to help individuals achieve their aspirations.
