The Regional Head of HR, Americas will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions across the Americas region, aligning HR strategy with business objectives and ensuring a high-performance culture.Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership and Regional Oversight: Lead the execution of HR strategies for the Americas Sales & Services teams, acting as a key liaison between the VP of HR and regional leadership teams. Provide strategic guidance and ensure consistent implementation of HR initiatives across all locations.Talent Management and Development: Oversee performance management, leadership development, and succession planning. Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers on career development, compensation, and talent assessments.Employee Engagement and Organizational Development: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to foster a culture of respect and collaboration.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the Americas region, mitigating HR-related risks while maintaining alignment with global HR strategies.HR Operations and Innovation: Manage regional HR budgets, lead the implementation of HR technologies, and optimize HR processes to improve operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
