Operations Specialist

Description We are in search of an Operations Specialist to be a part of our team. The role is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, offering a long-term contract employment opportunity. As an Operations Specialist, you will be handling a wide array of tasks including processing returns, generating shipping labels, managing customer communications, and maintaining records in our CRM system.Responsibilities: Manage return procedures in the company's ordering system. Generate shipping labels through FedEx and UPS for returns. Handle phone communications related to return processes. Assist in tracking the return items using spreadsheets. Utilize Oracle CRM for customer service and data processing tasks. Ensure accurate documentation related to shipping. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
