Minnesota, Minneapolis / st paul, 55401 Minneapolis / st paul USADescription We are looking for a Contract Management Specialist to join our team based in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is part of our service industry team and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Contract Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and requests, interfacing with the sales team, and ensuring contract compliance.Responsibilities: Work through a queue of customer requests in an efficient manner Manage customer inquiries and correspondence, providing high-quality customer service Interface with sales teams to ensure smooth communication and process flow Ensure compliance with various contract types and modifications Utilize Salesforce for administration, integration, development, and configuration Apply strong Excel skills to manage and analyze data Leverage CRM - Customer Relationship Manager to maintain customer relationships Use Navision for financial management Utilize SaaS platforms for business operations Ensure contract pricing is accurate and fair Resolve any issues or problems related to contracts or customer service. Requirements Proficiency in contract compliance and modification processes Expertise in different contract types and pricing models Proven experience in working with sales teams Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, sales cloud, integration, development, and configuration Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms Excellent customer service and sales skills Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of Navision ERP software Ability to work independently and in a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field is preferred.
