The pay range is $111,200.00 - $200,200.00Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. We are here to accelerate a key growth initiative for Target and to lead the industry to a better way of operating.As Senior Manager, Research & Analytics on the Performance and Insights team, you will lead a team of analytics, consumer insights, and media testing experts in working with cross-functional partners to deliver innovative and actionable insights to Roundel’s advertisers.

You will partner closely with Performance & Insights leaders to develop and execute atesting and primary research agenda that furthers key client relationships and drives incremental revenue.

You will work with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Go-To-Market teams to unlock scalable product,category, and seasonal insights that highlight the unique value of Target guests and Roundel. In partnership with our Custom Analytics team, you will deliver and socialize highly innovative analyses that position Roundel as a leader in the Retail Media space.

As amember of the Research & Analytics leadership team, you will play a key role in (1) evolving our operating model to help maximize our impact and focus on Roundel’s biggest priorities, (2) making innovation in analytics a core aspect of our work (including identifying new tools and capabilities), (3)prioritizing insights requests from across the business to ensure we are focused on value-added work.

You will set up your team for success by identifying growth opportunities, ensuring that they are focused on the highest value projects, and creating a culture that values quality over quantity. You will also ensure that your team is connected to Roundel and that their work is broadly recognized.

This position reports to the Director, Research & Analytics (Performance & Insights).Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.About you:General experience :

Minimum 8 years of digital media and/or consumer insights experience

Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience, with the ability to coach junior team members and manage your teams’ workload against competing priorities

Significant experience with different methods of quantitative, qualitative, syndicated and first-party insight tools (Nielsen/Circana, A/B Testing, Surveys, etc). Experience with data analysis (SQL/Python) and visualization preferred but not required.

Ability to build and lead effective partnerships with cross-functional teams through a strategic approach that focuses on value creation for Roundel

Ability to understand a project’s core needs and maximum impact, scope the work and manage deadlines accordingly

Strong communicator who can operate in a variety of environments, from internal stakeholders to advertiser conversations

Passion for innovation and challenging the status quo

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs.  A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.  A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
