Description Senior IT & Systems Support Technician (THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION)Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for information technology issues and inquiries Respond to all IT issues with a sense of urgency. Oversee IT-related procedures for employee onboarding and termination. This includes handling tasks in Active Directory user and group management, VMware Horizon, Exchange Management and Email Gateway, Azure Authentication, and other systems. Offer support for a variety of software systems, such as Windows 10, Office 2016, Document Management, Template and Macro packages, document comparison software, specific applications, security tools, and more. Deliver email support to individuals and teams in Outlook 2016 with features like rules, signatures, calendars, as well as help with email gateway (SPAM filter), phishing inquiries and email on mobile devices. Provide assistance with complex documents in Microsoft Office. Install, test/configure a range of hardware, peripheral devices and applicable software, drivers, etc. This includes items like printers, dictation equipment, storage devices. Assist in documenting all internal procedures. Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set by the department and help maintain them in an organized and updated manner.
