IT Specialist

Description Robert Half is partnering with an innovative, growing local organization to find an IT Specialist to join at an exciting time of expansion. This is a role that will interface with and impact every area of their business, and they're seeking someone who's motivated, organized, and technically experienced to help elevate their IT team's ability to support the business. This is a direct hire opportunity providing a hybrid work arrangement (3 days per week onsite in their beautiful North Loop office). Responsibilities Include:· Participate in the set-up and upkeep of IT infrastructure and contribute to software setup and updates· Respond to end user needs for hardware, software, and network assistance · Conduct regular security assessments of systems to uphold robust data security and monetary controls· Participate in and lead a range of IT projects needed to fulfil business requirements.· Manage Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Defender, Exchange, Stream, Power BI, and other technologies· Oversee the roll-out of new features or capabilitiesRequirements

At least 3 years of hands on work experience in IT support/systems administration

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience

Sound knowledge and working experience with Azure AD, Entra ID, MDM, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Microsoft 365 & Exchange

Authorization to work in the United States for any employer without restrictions, and without need for visa sponsorship or transfer now or in the future
