Basic Qualifications:Minimum Degree Required :Bachelor DegreeMinimum Years of Experience :6 years of Workday product experiencePreferred Qualifications :Degree Preferred :Master DegreePreferred Fields of Study :Data and Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science, Statistics or MathematicsCertification(s) Preferred :Workday Services technology certification(s) preferably Integrations and/or engagement manager certificationPreferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs:

Analyzing legacy system data to understand structure, nuances, and quality;

Managing the data conversion strategy in collaboration with the program EM/PM;

Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes;

Mapping legacy system data fields to corresponding Workday fields;

Designing, developing, and testing data transformation logic to ensure data integrity in Workday;

Executing data validation scripts and processes;

Work with stakeholders to validate data conversion results;

Ensuring data cleanliness, accuracy, and completeness in Workday;

Maintaining detailed documentation of data conversion processes, decisions, and mapping logic leveraging PwC’s proprietary program management tools and processes;

Training and mentoring team members on Workday data conversion best practices;

Exceling proficiency with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and techniques;

Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Producing deliverables through collaborating effectively across teams, and multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously;

Supporting Global Process Owners and Centres of Excellence within the business on proposed changes being requested by the network, either due to regulatory reasons or because of Workday Releases;

Providing industry knowledge and best practices of Workday HCM Core business processes;

Identifies and addresses client needs while building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;

Participates and leads client discussions and meetings;

Managing engagements or dedicated workstreams, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;

Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;

Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,

Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
