Accountant Senior - Hybrid Role

Description As a key contributor in our Equipment Leasing Accounting Group, this position will review some of the complex reconciliations, perform research and analysis of various accounting data Communicates findings to management. Leads, coordinates and conducts significant accounting projects. Accountant Senior will be heavily involved in the month end closing process.Adheres to bank policies and procedures and complies with legal and regulatory requirements. Follows, or in some cases establishes, as required, effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored and controlled and compliance requirements are adhered to on an on-going basis. Keeps abreast of risk-related changes that may impact assigned work functions and processes.Basic Qualifications:

3-5 years of Accounting Experience required, lease accounting experience is a plus.

Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business or Finance.

Additional Skills and Experience:

High degree of professionalism.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability and desire to learn, understand, and work with the uniqueness and complexity of the leasing business, including often changing products and processes.

High attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work within a regulatory environment and strict deadlines.

Proficient PC Skills with Excel, Word, and PPT.
