They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.This position is within Wells Fargo Commercial Capital - Corporate Trust Services (CTS) - Document CustodyThe Wells Fargo Commercial Capital - Corporate Trust Services (CTS) Customer Service Representative 4 is responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Responsible for answering internal customer inquiries and requests via email within specific time frames Receive, coordinate and track the processing of internal customer inquiries for assigned customer accounts Perform research on emBTRUST Perform data entry and other related tasks Records and tracks files that are not on our system and forwards back to the appropriate parties Provide back up to other Customer Service Reps as needed Track and bill customer requests monthly Assist in other areas as neededTeam members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. 3+ years of experience interacting with people or customers demonstrated through work, military, or education

Strong knowledge and understanding of bank policies, procedures, and systems

Strong organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced action oriented environment

Customer service focus with experience processing complex transactions and performing extensive research to resolve complex customer issues

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge and understanding of document custody

Knowledge and understanding of document management: loan documents flowing through the imaging process

Knowledge and understanding of document research and review

Knowledge and understanding of emBTRUST

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills

Ability to lift 25+ pounds
