Part-time Customer Service Representative

Today, the clothes are sold via the webshop and catalogs to customers in more than 70 markets, of which Germany, the UK, and the USA are the fastest growing.

Title: Part time- Customer Service Representative

Temporary part-time role until July. Please only apply if available.

Shift/Location: In office part-time position for 12:00pm-5:30pm CST shift.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Placing orders via Phone and responding to inquiries Via Email

-Delegate and/or handle customer returns and claims

-Prioritizing and assisting with varied customer service issues escalated by customer service agents and manager -Interfacing with and supporting the Customer Service Manager

Experience Requested

- 1-2 years Customer Service Experience (preferred)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
