Bookkeeping / Tax Assistance

Klaren LLC is a newly founded US corporation with its parent company in Canada (Klaren Inc). We are looking for some part-time assistance with very basic bookkeeping and annual tax preparation and filing. We also require a bit of assistance with state tax collection and filing. Our US corporation is currently very small and requires minimal involvement—candidates must be okay with just providing 3 or 4 hrs of assistance per month.
